About Camp Kipanga

Our Camp

The mission of our summer camps is to ensure a successful summer camp experience for youth who struggle with peer relationships, impulse control, fitting in with others, coping with emotions, and related difficulties.

Our goals are to help all campers:

  • Connect with like-minded peers
  • Feel empowered to try new things
  • Appreciate who they are

Camp Vision

Our vision is that every child be able to enjoy a typical summer camp experience. Our goal is to enhance the social skills and build the confidence of the youth we serve.

RJFS is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian, community benefit agency. Our mission is to strengthen the physical and emotional well- being of adults, children and families. We are excited to present this unique summer program.

Our Facility

All of our summer programs are located on the beautiful grounds of Ramapo College, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, NJ. See driving directions below if needed.

We have access to both indoor and outdoor space available throughout the summer: Computer Labs, Theater, Yoga Studio, and more.

Camp Kipanga campers swim daily in a heated, indoor pool. Teens swim once per week.
